Joey Support Plan

The Joey plan consists of 1 year of support from KangarooBox which includes disaster recovery, customer service, and maintenance.  A small freestanding computer appliance comes free with the purchase of this plan.  This appliance is yours to keep and operate forever with no limits on its use. 

Simple

Nothing could be more simple to install and use than a KangarooBox appliance.  Just take it out of the box and plug it in.  There are no pieces to attach or a bunch of wires to plug in.  In fact, there are only two places to insert anything; one for the power cable and one for the network cable.

Silent

The Joey appliance has no moving parts and is completely silent.  No noise.  Ever.  And its small size make it easy to place anywhere in your office.  Just find a small spot with a power outlet and access to an Ethernet cable and you're almost done.

Capacity

The Joey appliance has the capability to service a small office of 2-20 users, depending on the software load and concurrent usage.  Generally, you can operate several tens of users without any noticeable effect.  When performance starts to drop below acceptable levels you should probably consider upgrading to our Boomer (future) appliance.  It is a much larger unit that can service 100's of simultanious users and/or projects.

Support

There are 3 types of support available from KangarooBox, depending on the support plan purchased: Email, Phone, On-Site.  The Joey support plan is limited to 24x7 Email and business hours phone support (M-F 8-4PM ET).  If you need more available support options or on-site support please consider upgrading to our Boomer (future) support plan.
